Lors de mes s\u00e9jours en Asie, j\u2019ai pu m\u2019int\u00e9resser \u00e0 la m\u00e9decine chinoise et tib\u00e9taine et \u00e0 leur philosophie, c\u2019est donc tout naturellement que j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 attir\u00e9e par l\u2019Ayurv\u00e9da qui a la m\u00eame vision holistique de la sant\u00e9 et la personne et que j\u2019ai entam\u00e9 la formation de massoth\u00e9rapeute avec l\u2019\u00e9cole \u00ab\u00a0Yoga and Ayurveda Health\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><p><em><strong>D\u00e9tentrice d\u2019une formation certifi\u00e9e en aromath\u00e9rapie<\/strong><\/em>, je peux potentialiser l\u2019effet du massage en combinant les deux techniques ou vous aider \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les petits bobos de la vie quotidienne, en restant dans le bien-\u00eatre (cela ne remplace pas une consultation m\u00e9dicale en cas de probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9).<\/p><p>Je suis \u00e9galement <em><strong>passionn\u00e9e de cuisine<\/strong> <\/em>et comme j\u2019adore partager mes passions, j\u2019organise des ateliers de cuisine ayurv\u00e9dique (v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne) pour rester dans le th\u00e8me, mais je peux en organiser sur d\u2019autres th\u00e8mes. Le sam\u0101dhi est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la pratique de m\u00e9ditation appel\u00e9e samatha bhavana, le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une \u00ab tranquillit\u00e9 attentive \u00bb qui permet de soutenir la vigilance sur un unique objet. Il y a unification avec l\u2019objet de concentration et d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un \u00e9tat modifi\u00e9 de conscience.<\/p><p><em><strong>J\u2019ai choisi ce nom car il repr\u00e9sente bien l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re et l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit dans lequel je d\u00e9sire vous accueillir:<\/strong><\/em> dans une bulle de calme et de s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de vos besoins et dans un \u00e9tat de concentration attentive aux messages que donnera votre corps.<\/p><p><em><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9coute, le respect, l&#8217;empathie et la discr\u00e9tion<\/strong>
